Moving In / Out Requirements

Lift Booking


For the convenience of all tenants, moving in/out hours are limited as follows:

Monday to Friday: 09.30am - 4.00pm

Saturdays , Sundays and Public Holidays Not Available


When moving in/out you are required to book lift 48 hours in advance by way of the Wills St App under “Booking” and follow the prompts.

You will be liable for any damage caused to the common property when moving.

Lift covers must be in place and are available on request, at no cost.

Lifts will NOT be available for moving activities outside the stated hours.

Vehicles are not to be parked in the driveway access to ‘Wills’ car park, or in such a way as to block other vehicles at any time.

Protection is to be laid on tiled floor surfaces, trolleys must be fitted with air filters.


WARNING : DO NOT TRY TO FORCE AND HOLD DOORS LIFT DOORS AS THIS MAY CAUSE LIFT TO MALFUNCTION. ANY DAMGE OR CALL OUT TO LIFT COMPANY WILL BE CHARGED TO THE APARTMENT RESPONSIBLE.

For security reasons


Apartment front doors must be closed. Do not leave the Apartment door unlatched or unattended at any time. This includes leaving any property unattended in the hallways, Lifts or common areas, as no responsibility will be held against the Owners Corporation, Building Manager and/or 1Call Facility Management, its employees or Contractors for any loss or damage to personal property at any time.

Packing materials are not to be left in common or public areas at any time and all rubbish must be disposed of responsibly. The Building Manager must be notified of any excess Rubbish, i.e. packaging boxes, cardboard and discarded items.

The Manager will advise location to place items to be discarded. Failure to notify will result in a cleaning fee being charged to the Owner of the Apartment(s).
