Door mats and decoration of individual apartment’s doors is not permitted. Mats can present a trip hazard for those using the hallways and can be unsightly. Should there be an injury you would be responsible for the ensuing legal action that could result. If you need a mat please ensure it is placed within your apartment. Decoration and bunting around apartment doors is not permitted. This is deemed to be a change to the presentation of the common property.
