These Guidelines have been compiled to assist all owners and residents in the complex to understand their obligations to others owning or living within the complex and to make The Wills Precinct a harmonious living environment.
The Guidelines, as prepared in consultation with the Committee of the Owners Corporation, the Owners Corporation Manager and the Facility Managers will assist you in the event that you have concerns over your neighbours behaviour and will also assist you in understanding how the building operates and functions. The Guidelines enhance and work in line with the Owners Corporations Act 2006 and Owners Corporation Regulations 2007 and the Special Rules lodged under the Plan of Subdivision.
