Hard Rubbish

(Please note: We have a once-a-month collection, so please book with the building manager at least 4 weeks in advance. Hard rubbish may only be put out on the night before the collection day.)

Hard rubbish must not be disposed of within the building premises or in the surrounding streets and vicinity. This includes extra rubbish, packaging and furniture resulting from moving in or out.

Any costs incurred by the Owners Corporation for rubbish removal or unscheduled cleaning needed in the common area following a resident's or private tradesperson's activity will be passed on to the respective Owner for payment. Do not store loose items of any description in your car space.
